Pastry Masters Co. was founded in 2022 in Shrewsbury, England, to preserve and interpret the town’s historic biscuit-making tradition. Our production focuses on the Shrewsbury Biscuit, first documented in 1658, reproduced with precise craftsmanship to meet contemporary standards.
Ingredients are carefully sourced and combined using time-honoured techniques, adapted where necessary to meet modern hygiene and quality benchmarks. Production is controlled to maintain consistency, heritage, and integrity, ensuring each biscuit reflects its historic character.
We work with select trade partners, private patrons, and cultural institutions, ensuring that our Shrewsbury Biscuits are presented and distributed in line with our values of heritage, quality, and craftsmanship.
