Our Story
Pastry Masters Co. was founded in 2022 in Shrewsbury, England, to preserve and reinterpret historic confectionery through careful research and craftsmanship. Our first production focused on the Shrewsbury Biscuit, first documented in 1658, and continues to honour the town’s remarkable biscuit-making tradition.
Ingredients are carefully sourced and combined using time-honoured techniques, adapted where necessary to meet modern hygiene and quality standards. Production is carefully controlled to maintain consistency, heritage and integrity, ensuring every biscuit faithfully reflects its historic character.
Our confections are created for those who value craftsmanship, provenance and enduring quality. We collaborate with carefully selected trade partners and private patrons who share our commitment to those principles, ensuring our products are presented and distributed in a manner consistent with the standards upon which they are made.
